Conventional render styles lacked the distinctiveness needed.
The client needed to attract a young student demographic in a competitive Phoenix rental market, but conventional student housing renderings felt generic and failed to convey the elevated, design-forward lifestyle the property was meant to offer.

We pushed a bolder interior style.
The client wanted a space that felt elevated and distinctive without losing its youthful energy, so we took into consideration their floor-to-ceiling windows when pushing a bolder, noir-inspired interior style. We developed photorealistic renderings featuring a neutral, dark palette with art deco-patterned accents, and sculptural black furniture, balanced against bright, plant-filled interiors that let natural light soften the moodier tones.
